This policy covers the Anxious Sock iPhone app and this website, both operated by Tivich, LLC.

The short version
We don’t collect any data. None. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Everything the app knows — your cycle times and timer state — lives only on your device.
What the app collects
Nothing. Anxious Sock does not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. There is no sign-up, no account, no third-party analytics SDK, and no advertising.
What stays on your device
The app stores a small amount of data locally on your iPhone so it can do its job:
- Your custom cycle times (wash, dry, fold, put away)
- The state of any running timers
- Your in-app settings (like Test Mode)
This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
Notifications
Dottie’s reminders are local notifications, scheduled entirely on your device by iOS. They don’t require an internet connection and no notification content is sent to us or anyone else. You can revoke notification permission at any time in iPhone Settings.
Purchases
The app is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your name, payment details, or Apple ID. Apple’s handling of that information is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
This website
theanxioussock.com doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (like IP addresses) for security and operations, as virtually all websites do.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, children included.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy (it would take a lot for us to do that), we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date above before the change takes effect.
